Welcome to Chels.net, a web design and development website created by myself, Chelsey Bishop. I have been active in the web design field for over six years and have done a wide array of work for several local Tucson businesses, which you can find in my portfolio above.

Because I personally own and operate Chels.net, I am able to provide the personal attention to my clients that is absolutely necessary throughout the web design process. Unlike large web design firms, you won't be neglected or put on hold. I maintain excellent communication throughout project development. I appreciate my clients and strive for 100% satisfaction in my work.

Chels.net offers a wide array of services, from simple blog installation to complete e-commerce development. Each project is completed in ample time and for the best value. I understand that budgets may be tight, which is why I am very flexible with my clients when it comes to pricing. I also offer online or in-person training, whether it be for software such as Microsoft Excel or how to create a graphic with Adobe Photoshop.

Although I prefer to do my coding by hand in Wordpad, I am proficient in several popular HTML editors such as Dreamweaver and Fireworks. I swear by Adobe Photoshop CS2 for all of my designing needs. Other programs that I have experience with are Adobe ImageReady, SwishMax, Macromedia Flash MX, Jasc Paint Shop Pro & Animation Shop.
